Bullock Management Group was started in the mid 1980's as a sole proprietorship, and has steadily grown since its inception. The original principals owned single family homes, quadraplexes and duplexes throughout the metro area and understood the complexities of owning and managing investment properties for the best possible return. The company was founded to assist other investors with managing their investment holdings. It was the precision in the way the company managed real estate that drove investors to the company to have their portfolios managed. In 1996 Bullock Management Group, Inc. was formed. The principals of the corporation have carried on the passion and drive of the original founders to provide unprecedented real estate services throughout the industry. Over the last 20 years the company has consistently managed approximately 500 units consisting of single family homes, duplexes, quadraplexes, and apartment buildings.

Bullock Management Group, Inc. has not only focused on property management, but also on other realms of the real estate business . One of the avenues the company has taken to more fully serve our clients is to develop a real estate sales division. The company has also established a turn-key and renovations division. The relationships that the company has established over the years with contractors throughout the construction industry have proven very beneficial to our investors. The company has an active working relationship with virtually every type of contractor, making it possible to accomplish all types and sizes of renovation or turn-key projects.

In the early part of 2006, the company separated from its previous qualifying broker and became its own real estate company. This change made us able to better serve our clients by bringing all principals and employees under one roof. As a full service licensed real estate company Bullock Management Group Inc. has been able to continue to provide the excellent service that is an integral part of our policies and mission statement.

During the last 10 years the company has hired additional employees who have strong ties to the property management business and bring their own strengths and experience to the company. Our bilingual staff is a huge asset to the company, as the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish has become very important in the real estate business.
